Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team for a fast-paced, two-month internship. This is a hands-on role where you will support our daily IT operations, help resolve technical issues, and gain exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (MS Admin Center) including:

- User creation and license management
- Exchange Online mailbox management
- Password resets and MFA configuration
- Security & compliance settings

  • Manage and monitor Firewall devices (configuration, access control, VPN setup, troubleshooting)
  • Administer ESET Endpoint Security (deployment, policy management, monitoring threats)
  • Manage and maintain PBX/IP Telephony systems (extensions, call routing, troubleshooting)
  • Monitor and maintain NVR/CCTV systems (recording issues, network setup, remote access)
  • Ensure regular backups and data protection measures
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Firewall management
  • ESET Endpoint Security
  • PBX/IP Telephony systems
  • NVR/CCTV systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
