Key Responsibilities
IT Support Duties:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Ensure system security, perform regular updates, and maintain backups.
- Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Document IT processes, support tickets, and solutions for future reference.
Reporting & Data Management Duties:
- Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Build and manage databases and reporting tools in Microsoft Access and other BI/reporting platforms.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with management and departments to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support (hardware, software, networking).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, Power Query).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access (database design, queries, reports).
- Familiarity with other reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
