We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with solid technological base and excellent communication skills. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. The IT Support Specialist will ensure seamless IT operations, manage helpdesk tickets, and support users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications and user accounts.
  • Troubleshoot VPN access, and remote desktop issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and regular software updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT team members for advanced troubleshooting or procurement needs.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure and VPN configuration.
  • Understanding of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls (basic level).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Handson with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ManageEngine ITMS).
  • Any relevant Vendor Certification will be a plus.

Certifications

Relevant Certifications like below will be a plus:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
