IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing Technology & Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Microsoft-based environment with strong exposure to infrastructure, system administration, and Windows image deployment for enterprise customers. Our IT environment is primarily Microsoft-based, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.

What You’ll Do

• Provide end-user support across offices located in different regions.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Security Groups, Exchange)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and printers
• Support deployment of customer-specific Windows OS images for remanufactured laptops
• Work closely with customers to gather OS requirements and ensure compliance standards
• Manage support tickets and conduct remote troubleshooting sessions
• Assist in rollout of new applications and document technical guides
• Support infrastructure including Windows Server, Azure, and virtual environments

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years’ experience in IT Support / System Administration
• Degree in Computer Science (or related – eg Information Technology) preferable and/or relevant IT Practitioner Diploma (eg National Certificate & Diploma IT Practitioners, City & Guilds etc)
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM)
• Solid troubleshooting skills across devices and infrastructure
• Exposure to Windows Server, Azure, and VM setup
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
