Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the technical infrastructure of our driving school.
The role ensures smooth daily operations, system security, data protection, and uninterrupted access to student registration and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and office equipment
- Manage internet connectivity and internal network (Wi-Fi/LAN)
- Support student registration and booking systems
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems
- Support driving simulators (if applicable)
- Perform daily/weekly data backups
- Ensure cybersecurity and data protection
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
- Create and manage official company email accounts for new employees
- Configure email accounts on computers and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot email issues (login problems, password resets, syncing errors, spam filtering, etc.)
- Manage user access permissions and deactivate accounts for leaving employees
- Maintain email security (MFA, password policies, phishing protection)
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Networking (LAN/WAN)
- Windows systems (Server is a plus)
- CCTV systems
- Backup & security solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
