System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven System Administrator to manage and support our ICT infrastructure and daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the high availability, security, and performance of all systems while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ICT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments, storage, backup systems, and Microsoft 365 services
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across all ICT operations
• Manage and monitor data centers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and the Microsoft 365 tenant environment
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Implement and enforce ICT policies, cybersecurity standards, and access controls across on-premise and cloud platforms
• Supervise ICT support operations and ensure timely incident resolution and service delivery
• Coordinate with vendors and manage ICT support contracts, Microsoft licensing, and SLAs
• Optimize system resources, capacity planning, and cost efficiency (including cloud and Microsoft 365 licensing optimization)
• Manage endpoint administration, device policies (Intune), and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Oversee backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring tools
• Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, security frameworks, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure and IT operations
• Strong expertise in servers, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and enterprise monitoring tools
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMware or Hyper-V, and enterprise network environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft Defender, and Zero Trust architecture is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
