IT System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications (Windows/Linux).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or similar environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of network and server infrastructure.
• Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus solutions, and firewalls.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and technical support.
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
• Provide technical support and training to employees on IT-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• CCTV Installation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CCNA (Preferred)
