IT & Systems Manager

Position Overview

The IT & Systems Manager is responsible for leading ERP implementation, database management, and deployment of project management/collaboration tools. The role ensures seamless IT operations, troubleshooting support, and staff training to drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation & Support

• Lead ERP system implementation, customization, and integration.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide technical support.
• Ensure smooth adoption of ERP across departments.

2. Database Management

• Manage, maintain, and secure company databases (SQL/Oracle or similar).
• Ensure accuracy, backups, and accessibility of data.
• Generate reports and analytics for management decision-making.

3. Project Management Tools

• Set up, configure, and manage collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Support workflow automation and process digitization.
• Train employees in effective use of project management tools.

4. IT Operations & Training

• Provide IT troubleshooting and technical support to staff.
• Conduct user training sessions for ERP, databases, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for IT system upgrades and support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in ERP implementation, IT systems, or database management.
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and database management.
• Proficiency in project management/collaboration tools (MS Teams, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and staff training ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT security best practices.

• Successful ERP implementation and adoption rate.
• Database accuracy, uptime, and security.
• Utilization and efficiency of project management tools.
• Resolution time for IT issues.
• Employee satisfaction with IT support and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
