Location: Midtown, NY

Schedule: Mon. Fri 9 am to 5 pm, 12pm - 8pm (Shift)

Job Description (IT Technical Support)

Responsibilities:

a) IT Technical Support

- Device Management using MS Intune (Windows 11, iPhone, iPad)

- VDI setup and troubleshooting (VMware Horizon)

- User account management over Active Directory

2) Cloud and services support

- MS 365 (Email)

- box (Cloud strorage)

3) Documentation for technical support
- User manuals (revise/update)

Required experience/knowledge
3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Intune, and VMWare Horizon
Knowledge of Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting: PING, TRACEROUTE,

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
