IT Technical Support Engineer (Network Engineer)

The Network cum Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring continuous network connectivity, stability, and performance across Al Raha Village Properties LLC. The site has over 2,000 wireless access points serving approximately 11,000 users. This role also supports the corporate and security systems network, desktop and laptop technical support, and ensures adherence to IT operational policies. The engineer works on rotational shifts and stays in company-provided accommodation.
