The candidate will work within the Venue Technology Department of INTALEQ and will be responsible for overseeing all sports venues (stadiums...) related Technology Systems. This role involves managing the installation, maintenance, and operation of all technology equipment, ensuring seamless integration and performance for sports events and daily operations in the sports venues.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the operation of Sports Venues entire lifecycle of Technology services and solutions.

Coordination with Stadium Authority, Facility Management and Security Team regarding the Stadium ICT Scope.

Follow up with Venue ICT Team for any pending or ongoing issues related to ICT, ELV system or ICT related services and ensure necessary action taken.

Coordinate with Security and Stadium Authority for any approval related to Material In, Material Removal Permit and Venue Access Permit for ICT, ELV suppliers.

Ensure all the IT Service Desk tickets are updated and assigned to the respective team for necessary action

Provide assistance and guidance to the Venue ICT team

Coordinate with all involved stakeholders for the ongoing rectification of ICT System in the stadium.

Planning and coordination activities to ensure that all Venues IT infrastructure and serviced and checked to ensure readiness.

Interfacing with all necessary stakeholders required to support and maintain IT infrastructure.

Maintaining and supervising all the physical spaces / Technical rooms where IT infrastructure equipment are installed.

Monitoring and tracking ICT related issues and risks to ensure that they are resolved in coordination with the relevant stakeholders and service desk.

Support site visits and surveys to assess the status of existing systems and gather the necessary data for further assessment.

Coordinate the project installation plans with the venue teams and ensure quality checks are performed on the delivery process and standards throughout the process.

Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify that all components operate as expected and meet performance criteria.

Oversee the installation of AV/ELV systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and function as intended.

manage the operational planning and technology allocation design sessions with other functional areas to capture their technology requirements for the event.

Coordinate and collaborate with event organizers to understand their technical requirements and ensure all necessary equipment and systems are in place and Act as a point of contact for clients regarding technical requirements and support.

Ensure all the ICT/Venue Technology related request by event organizers and end users are fulfilled and ensure smooth handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certifications in project management are preferred.

Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments are preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.

Experience in ICT Infrastructure, AV/ELV solutions like video conferencing, public address (PA) systems, sound reinforcement, and video display technologies, IPTV, and TV infrastructure Broadcasting, CCTV, Access Control, and turnstiles systems, etc.

Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a venue or hospitality environment
