Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a diversified pool of freelance and full-time Japanese translators.
• Oversee team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Provide continuous support, coaching, and development plans for team members.
• Drive quality assurance processes to ensure top-tier localization output.
• Manage client feedback, arbitration cases, and maintain full client satisfaction.
• Optimize workload distribution and team utilization.
• Monitor delivery costs and profitability to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to corporate quality standards and performance policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or higher is required.
• 2+ years of experience in the localization industry.
• Vendor/talent management experience is preferred.
• Strong managerial and communication skills.
• Must be based in Egypt and able to support Japan business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Cairo).
