Job Description: Federal Contracting & SAM.gov Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage federal government sales opportunities and bids across platforms such as SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, and SEPTA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant solicitations, preparing and submitting competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal contracting requirements.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the opportunity to grow in the federal contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and tenders on SAM.gov, Unison, SEPTA, and related portals.
• Prepare, write, and submit compliant and competitive bids/proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, technical, operations) to gather pricing, technical specifications, and supporting documents.
• Maintain a bid calendar and track all submissions, deadlines, and award status.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with procurement officers, federal agencies, and contracting officials.
• Stay updated on federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Provide periodic reporting on pipeline, submissions, and success ratios.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in federal contracting, government sales, or bidding processes.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, SEPTA, or other federal contracting portals.
• Excellent written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Sales or bidding experience: Minimum 1 year (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift (U.S. business hours).
• Based in Lahore (preferred, in-person work location).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
