Job Opening: Admin – Domestic & Export Logistics

Location: Kharghar, Navi-mumbai.
Industry: AgricultureTrading/Export.
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all documentation related to domestic and export logistics.
  • Prepare and handle E-way bills, TDS, GST, purchase & sales invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with logistics and transport partners.
  • Coordinate with loaders, CHAs (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.
  • Maintain proper records for shipments and logistics-related activities.
  • Support in compliance and audit requirements related to transport and export documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of E-way Bill, TDS, GST, and invoice handling.
  • Prior experience in logistics coordination (domestic and export).
  • Good communication skills, especially with transport and logistics service providers.
  • Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
