JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

· As Area Sales Manager, you will represent the brand and act as the first point of contact for customers within a defined sales territory.

· After achieving your first successful sales results, you will qualify for a team leader position and train and guide a team in Egypt.

· You will manage, expand, and further develop the existing sales territory.

· You will acquire customers preferably through personal on-site meetings, while also maintaining contact through digital tools.

· You will continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients.

· You will identify and awaken customer needs, building long-term relationships to the benefit of end users.

· You will coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as required.

· You will work closely with the internal sales team and sales management in Germany to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market the products.

Candidate Profile

· You are permanently based in Cairo, Egypt and bring experience in sales within the timber or wood processing industry.

· You enjoy selling and engaging with customers.

· You have gained initial experience in leadership and managing a small team.

· You are motivated by being responsible for your own success.

· You demonstrate an independent and proactive work style and are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.

· You have a strong emotional connection to wood as a material, enabling you to inspire customers.

· You are willing to travel regularly within Egypt and hold a valid driver’s license.

· You speak Arabic as a native language and have good English skills.
