Job Performer-CIVIL

About the Role:

A Job Performer (JP) is a trained and authorized individual under the ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) system, responsible for carrying out and supervising assigned site activities safely and in full compliance with approved permits, procedures, and HSE regulations. The JP ensures that work is performed according to the approved Work Management System (WMS) and ADNOC safety standards, maintaining coordination with the Permit Applicant (PA), HSE team, and other site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform and supervise all civil site works as per approved permits, method statements, and project safety procedures.

✅ Serve as the Job Performer (JP) under the ADNOC PTW system, ensuring full adherence to ADNOC and company HSE requirements.

✅ Execute tasks in compliance with the approved Work Management System (WMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

✅ Coordinate daily with the Permit Applicant (PA), engineers, supervisors, and site teams for safe and efficient work execution.

✅ Review and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and method statements before commencing work.

✅ Supervise civil construction activities such as excavation, rebar fixing, formwork, concrete pouring, plastering, masonry, and backfilling.

✅ Maintain daily work permits, PTW records, and site documentation accurately.

✅ Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to ensure productivity and quality.

✅ Participate in toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and other HSE-related meetings.

✅ Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents promptly to the site in-charge or HSE officer.

✅ Ensure good housekeeping and environmental compliance at the worksite.

✅ Support engineers and supervisors in implementing corrective actions and ensuring work quality meets ADNOC standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil works on onshore or offshore oil and gas projects.

Certification:

Valid or previously approved Job Performer (JP) certification under the ADNOC PTW system (mandatory).

Valid Work Management System (WMS) certificate with ADNOC PTW access.

Project Experience: ADNOC project experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil activities such as excavation, concreting, rebar, formwork, and finishing works.

HSE Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ADNOC HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

Communication: Able to coordinate effectively and communicate clearly with site teams and supervisors.

Documentation: Capable of maintaining daily reports, PTW logs, and relevant work records.

Physical Fitness: Fit to work in remote or harsh site environments.

Education: Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction.

Language: Basic English communication (spoken and written) required.
