CHCI is currently hiring experienced Job Performers (JP) and Performing Authorities (PA) for our new ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must be ADNOC-certified and have valid PTW (Permit to Work) system knowledge and cards.

Job Performer (JP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute site activities as per approved permits and work instructions under ADNOC HSE standards.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and team members are compliant with safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the Performing Authority and ensure job steps are followed correctly.
• Report hazards, incidents, and any unsafe practices immediately.
• Maintain compliance with ADNOC procedures throughout the execution of the job.

Requirements:

• ADNOC-approved Job Performer card (valid).
• 3+ years of site experience in ADNOC projects (civil/foundation/EPC preferable).
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and job risk assessments.

Performing Authority (PA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue PTW (Permit to Work) in coordination with ADNOC permit holders.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and pre-task briefings.
• Supervise Job Performers and ensure strict adherence to permit conditions.
• Maintain proper records, permit logs, and close-out documentation.
• Interface with ADNOC Permit Coordinator and HSE teams.

Requirements:

• ADNOC-approved Performing Authority certificate (valid).
• Minimum 5 years experience in ADNOC civil/infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of ADNOC’s PTW system, SIMOPS, and HSE guidelines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
