Job Overview

Decimal Solution is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, experience in call center or customer support roles, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed appointments for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with leads to convert them into scheduled appointments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Intermediate or Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call center operations.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking skills (American accent preferred).
  • Age Requirement: 18 to 26 years.
  • Location Preference: Candidates from Rawalpindi or Islamabad who can join immediately will be preferred.
