Jr. Accountant

Interior Fit-Out / Construction Industry – UAE

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with strong Inventory Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle full accounting functions while ensuring accurate tracking of materials, stock movement, and project-related costs. Experience in the fit-out, joinery, or construction sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, petty cash, bank reconciliation
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and material costing
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, transfers, and consumption
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances
• Coordinate with procurement, storekeepers, and project teams for material updates
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cost summaries, and project cost allocations
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control
• Handle VAT filing, compliance, and documentation
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in accounting with inventory background
• Experience in fit-out, joinery, or construction industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in accounting and inventory software (ERP, QuickBooks etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a proactive work approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
