Jr. Advocate & Intern

Job Summary:

An Advocate is a legal professional responsible for representing clients in legal matters, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves handling court proceedings, legal documentation, and protecting the legal interests of the organization or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil, corporate matter and assist Advocate in Redevelopment process.
  • Able to visit PMC, NMMC & CIDCO Registrar Offices for Documentation work
  • Basic Drafts, review, and legal documents including agreements, contracts, notices, affidavits, and petitions.
  • Attend court hearings and follow up on case proceedings.
  • Ensure legal compliance with government and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council.
  • Basic drafting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Documentation skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in legal practice (preferred).
  • Freshers and Interns (highly preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
