Jr. Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Jr. Business Development Executive to support our sales team through proactive cold calling and lead generation activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, introducing our products/services, and creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Present company products/services effectively over calls.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in handling cold calls and objections.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development preferred.
