Jr. HR Officer

  • Create engaging job descriptions and post openings on job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Must have good Linked in profile.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Optimize company LinkedIn page and employer branding posts.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Support HR operations (onboarding, documentation, attendance, etc.).
