Jr Sales Operations Specialist

Position: Sales Operations Specialist

Academic Qualification:

BBA/MBA from a renowned Institute/University.

Professional Certifications:

Relevant professional Certifications in the field are preferred

Professional Experience:

Fresh to 3 years of Sales related experience.

Experience in IT Sales will be preferred.

Time: 5pm to 2am full time on site job.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi

Role Definition: A Solutions Engineering team plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and technical implementation, ensuring that customer needs are met with effective and scalable solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of our products/services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling solutions that address specific business needs. The SE is instrumental in the pre-sales process, supporting sales cycles from initial discovery to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive understanding of our products, services and underlying technologies

Continually upgrade knowledge and skills on new software/hardware product developments and support services

Enter incoming leads to create opportunities and assign them to appropriate account rep.

Create and maintain customer accounts in Autotask (CRM)

Assist Sales Team by:

Gathering office information

Creating network inventory reports

Creating quotes using a CRM tool and other document preparation for sales team members.

Researching proper solutions

Working in tandem with Implementation, NOC, SOC and Accounting Teams to facilitate communication to the Sales Team

Facilitating information gathering to resolve customer questions or concerns

Keeping Sales Team updated on outstanding issues

Generating reports from CRM and monitoring portals

Weekly reporting and progress updates to management

Conducting basic network evaluations for existing and prospect clients.

Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests

Skills & Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be completely fluent in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask

Work well with others and be a team player

Proficient in using MS Office

Must have basic knowledge/understanding of computer hardware and peripherals

Pay: Rs150.00 - Rs200.00 per month
