Role Summary

Code District is looking for an entry-level Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, QA, design, and product teams. You will handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and tech communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Write and post accurate JDs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers.
• Ensure smooth and timely communication with all candidates.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in HR/recruitment (fresh grads welcome).
• Basic understanding of software development roles (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in technical recruiting.
