Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to manage and oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The candidate must be well-versed in GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory compliance, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day financial accounting operations.
• Prepare and manage invoices, vendor/client billing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain financial statements and generate MIS reports for management.
• Support statutory and internal audits, ensuring full compliance.
• Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice preparation, compliance, and financial accounting.
• Strong command of accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

• Minimum 4–8 years in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
