Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join a company in the F&B space. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As part of the finance team, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with reporting and audits, and ensure accurate financial records. Main Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing company MIS reports and supporting annual audits
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliations
• Assist in bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
• Support inventory accounting and basic stock reconciliations
• Help prepare financial reports and schedules as required by management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required financial information
• Provide general support to the finance team on day-to-day accounting tasks
  
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting systems is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
