Junior Accountant (UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team at Beyond Administrative Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in the UAE accounting environment and possess strong knowledge of the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with UAE accounting standards
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Handle VAT registration, filing, and returns in accordance with UAE FTA regulations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements and guidelines
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records
• Support the senior accounting team with audits and financial analysis
• Maintain organized documentation for tax and regulatory purposes
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UAE FTA regulations, VAT laws, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Understanding of UAE corporate tax requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
