Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000.
Experience expected: 2-4 relevant years of exp.

Role Overview:

The Junior Associate will be responsible for supporting stakeholder engagement, coordination, and documentation across national and international grant and project opportunities in the green technology and sustainability domain. This role involves facilitating collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and funding agencies, as well as supporting the preparation of technical proposals and strategic documentation. The candidate will be expected to contribute to pitch decks, grant submissions, and business development initiatives, ensuring compliance with submission requirements and alignment with project goals.

This is a cross-functional role bridging stakeholder engagement, proposal preparation, project coordination, and documentation, best suited for someone with foundational experience in public/private funding or startup business support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying suitable grant and tender opportunities globally
• Search and identify relevant partners for collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Preparation of project proposals & Pitch Deck Support
• Project Documentation & Compliance
• Project Coordination & Communication

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business/ Economics / Engineering with business exposure. (Any educational background will work, if the candidates meet the job requirement)

Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in:

• Grant/tender preparation or coordination
• Project documentation or proposal writing
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Business development or sustainability projects
• CSR, NGO, or startup ecosystems (preferred)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
• Ability to compile and align project data with technical and strategic narratives
• Comfortable preparing supporting documentation for grant applications and business materials

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams
• Stakeholder management and professional email communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment
