Junior Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
Rocket Bookkeepers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our expanding finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support, with a solid understanding of financial record management and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily financial transactions using accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare and compile financial reports for management review.
• Ensure all bookkeeping processes adhere to company policies and accounting standards.
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment and billing matters.
• Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to finance operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or currently enrolled).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
