Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Business Development Officer (Female) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. She will also play a key role in arranging meetings with corporate clients and supporting the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and the capability to build long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and timely follow-ups.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM/records.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and performance targets.
• Research and identify potential markets, industries, and decision-makers.
• Build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
• Gather client feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities with corporate clients.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
