Junior Campus Recruiter

Are you ready to kick-start your career in recruitment and be at the heart of İzmir’s campus life? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Campus Recruiter to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is based in İzmir, as this role requires active participation in student events at local universities and close interaction with the city’s thriving academic community. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top universities in İzmir — including Ege, Dokuz Eylül, Yaşar, İzmir Ekonomi, İYTE, and more.

In this role, you won’t be behind a desk all day. Instead, you’ll be holding the pulse of İzmir’s energetic student culture — from career days and networking fairs to student club collaborations. You’ll be the driving force of our presence on campus, building strong relationships with universities and future talent.

Beyond campus events, you’ll also manage training and recruitment initiatives. Under the EPAM Campus brand, we provide a variety of free IT training programs to students. You’ll play a key role by conducting general interviews with applicants and helping them start their journey. No experience in recruitment? No problem. What matters most is your talent, energy, and curiosity to learn. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to grow into the role and develop your career.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and coordinate local university and student events in İzmir
  • Identify, screen and interview potential candidates
  • Provide guidance throughout the application process
  • Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
  • Work with various internal platforms
  • Liaise with Educational Institutions

Requirements

  • English and Turkish level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with students
