We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Executive to handle order verification calls, customer coordination, and query resolution for our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite demeanor, and an interest in the fashion retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct order confirmation and verification calls with customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to customer queries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Follow up on pending orders, returns, and exchanges to ensure timely closures.
  • Gather customer feedback and report common issues to the operations team.
  • Support the CRM and sales teams with post-purchase follow-ups and satisfaction checks.
  • Ensure a positive brand experience in every customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
