Key Responsibilities

Role Summary

Support day-to-day air export and sea-air (multimodal) operations by assisting with bookings, documentation, coordination, and shipment monitoring. The role ensures smooth cargo movement in compliance with UAE regulations, airline requirements, and company SOPs while delivering timely and accurate customer support

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in air export booking requests, flight planning, and space confirmations with airlines
• Prepare and verify export documentation including HAWB/MAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, COO, and other regulatory documents as required.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, transporters, warehouses, and overseas partners to ensure timely cargo acceptance and uplift
• Monitor shipment status from origin to final destination and provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams
• Support sea-air transshipments via Dubai (Jebel Ali / DWC / DXB) and other regional hubs, ensuring smooth handover between modes
• Assist in cargo cut-off management, documentation deadlines, and exception handling
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs, airline security requirements, and export regulations
• Maintain accurate records in operational systems and support reporting requirements
• Assist senior operations staff in resolving delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Familiar with Calogi and other carrier websites for online bookings.

We are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in air export or sea-air operations (UAE market experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of Incoterms, chargeable weight calculations, CBM, and volumetric weight concepts
• Familiarity with airline cargo procedures, warehouse handling, and export documentation processes
• Working knowledge of cargo types such as general cargo, DG (basic exposure), and time-sensitive shipments is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
