Shift Timing: 04:00PM to 12:00AM Evening Shift (Full-time)
Job type: OnsiteRJ Enterprise & Creative World Prime is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior HR Executive with hands on experience in IT recruitment to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities and supporting core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end to end IT recruitment for junior to mid level positions
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with HR documentation, policies, and compliance as required

Required Skills & Qualifications.

2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor practices is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
