Junior HRBR - Operations

Job Description:

  • Support HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives across the organization
  • Assist in recruitment activities including interview coordination and onboarding
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to resolve HR-related queries and workplace concerns
  • Support performance management and employee development programs
  • Assist in implementing HR systems and digital solutions to improve HR efficiency
  • Maintain accurate blue-collar employee records and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management review
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with labor laws.

Job Specifications:

Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
Experience: 6–7 years in Textile or Manufacturing Industry
