Junior HSE Engineer (Nabiar Water Reservoir Project)

• Candidate must Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• The candidate must have 05 years working experience of Water Reservoir / Infrastructure Projects.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and local/international safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including inspection logs, audit reports, training records, incident statistics, and safety registers.
• Develop, implement, and periodically test emergency response plans, including evacuation drills and contingency protocols.
• Review, assess, and approve contractor HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety audits.
• Ability to train and promote a safety culture among site teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for management and clients.
• Willingness to work at remote project sites under site-based conditions.
• Proficient in English; basic Chinese language is an advantage.
• Maximum age limit is 35 years, with the possibility of relaxation in the upper age limit for specialized/experienced candidates.
