Role Summary
Bootlogix is seeking a Junior Business Developer Intern to support its growth initiatives, with a focus on LinkedIn outreach and staff augmentation (C2C) services. This role is suited to early-career candidates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in client acquisition within the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads
- Identify and engage potential clients for C2C staff augmentation opportunities
- Support lead generation through digital channels, including email and freelance platforms
- Maintain and develop client relationships to support business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach with service offerings
- Update and manage sales pipeline activity within CRM systems
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), or a related field
- Interest in business development, sales, and C2C staffing models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of lead generation and client engagement processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and professional communication tools
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is advantageous
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in a performance-oriented environment
Eligibility
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus

Compensation & Development
- Monthly stipend of PKR 20,000 – 30,000
