Business Development Intern (Leading to a full time opportunity)

About The Internship

AlphaGen Systems Inc. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our team. This 3-month paid internship is designed for individuals who want to build a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the IT industry.

Outstanding performers during the internship may be offered a full-time Business Development Executive position .

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other professional channels.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Communicate with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in client meetings, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree (8th Semester students only) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and online research tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
