Junior Manager Procurement

Job Title: JM Procurement/ JM Buyer

Job Location: B&W & PC Factory, Rahim Yar Khan.

Minimum Criteria

Education Qualification: Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Must)

Relevant Working Experience (Procurement): 2 to 3 Years

Proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, & Asset Management Tools.

Main Accountabilities:

To support the procurement organization to meet goals and objectives in support to the overall Walls ICF strategy.
Support to implementation of Walls ICF procurement strategies and policies portfolio.
Ensure the delivery of cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.

Support the financial analysis of the portfolio, including price benchmarking and total cost analysis
To connect with suppliers and drive their service and quality performance
Support the periodic Executive Summary for the Team by consolidating and reporting various KPIs (e.g. VIP, Supplier performance, Payment on time, Working capital reduction, )
Continuously improve ways of working e.g. more efficient ways of handling data, thereby close co-operation with Engineering & Production/Operation Teams.
To handle diverse customers, suppliers or operational issues when they arise.
To ensure the satisfaction of ICF teams with the material/service procurement.
To support the management and maintenance of supplier relationships.
To drive supplier quality /responsible sourcing audit to compliance with Walls requirement.

Maintain SAP costing to reflect latest contract price.

Support security of key materials through the development of contingency plans and alternative materials/suppliers, working with Procurement Materials teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
