Junior Personnel Executive - Octopus by RTG

We are looking for a Personnel Executive (Junior) to support the day-to-day execution of personnel and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable handling employee records, administrative processes, and compliance-related tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

The Personnel Executive will support the management of employee documentation, attendance and leave records, contracts, payroll inputs, social insurance and medical insurance coordination, performance review administration, expense reimbursements, and general personnel operations. The role requires someone who can maintain confidentiality, follow processes carefully, and ensure that employee records and personnel activities are handled properly and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain and organize employee personnel files ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare, collect, and track employee documents for hiring, onboarding, renewals, and offboarding
  • Draft and manage employee contracts, HR letters, and personnel documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and absences accurately
  • Coordinate with employees and managers on attendance and leave matters
  • Support monthly payroll preparation by validating attendance and personnel data
Insurance & Compliance
  • Handle social insurance processes (additions, removals, updates)
  • Coordinate medical insurance administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law
Employee Support & HR Operations
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters
  • Support performance review processes and documentation
  • Process expense reimbursements with proper approvals
  • Assist in disciplinary actions, warning letters, and resignation documentation
  • Prepare HR reports when needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information


Requirements

Must Have
  • 1–3 years of experience in Personnel, HR Operations, or HR Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good knowledge of personnel processes and HR documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Egyptian labor law
  • Experience with social insurance and medical insurance processes
  • Exposure to payroll inputs and HR systems
  • Experience with attendance or HR management systems
