About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing financial technology group headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom, with an established presence across the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Our group, encompassing ACE Money Transfer and ACE Union, operates across two regulated verticals: Electronic Money Services (EMI) and Cross-Border Remittances.
Through our digital platforms, including mobile apps, web portals, and APIs, we deliver a comprehensive range of regulated financial services. These include digital payments, e-wallets, electronic money issuance, prepaid cards, mobile top-ups, bill payments, and international money transfers, designed to serve both individual and business customers in over 100 countries. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI for fraud detection, automation for seamless transactions, and partnerships with global leaders like Mastercard, we provide secure, user-friendly, and accessible financial solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of a global customer base.
As we scale our EMI and remittance operations amid 2025's fintech landscape—marked by real-time payments, embedded finance, blockchain integration, and sustainability initiatives—we are building a leadership team to drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and excellence across our dual-regulated ecosystem.
About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who can take proven internal platforms and evolve them into market-ready offerings that customers love—and that drive revenue. You’ll define how we bring them to market, shape pricing and positioning, refine the end-to-end experience, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale adoption—while keeping stability and trust at the core.
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Shape the product: Transform internal tools into scalable, secure, well-documented products built for external users
-
Own commercialization: Identify target segments, structure pricing and plans, craft SLAs and conversion paths—and iterate through real-world tests
-
Drive adoption: Build experiences that reduce onboarding friction—docs, guides, and workflows that make early value obvious
-
Partner on GTM: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships to support demos, pilots, and customer conversations—closing the loop into product development
-
Prioritize what matters: Monitor real usage, uptime, and customer outcomes to drive roadmap choices that move the needle
What You’ll Bring
-
5–8 years in B2B, SaaS, or platform product management, with a track record of real commercial impact
-
A strong grasp of the product process—from clear problem framing to sharp execution
-
Comfort with technical topics (APIs, auth, webhooks) and working alongside engineers
-
Great communication skills: thoughtful with customers, crisp with stakeholders
-
A data-first mindset—driven by evidence, not instinct
