Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost estimation and tendering processes
• Help prepare bills of quantities and schedules of work
• Support in valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Monitor project progress and keep financial records updated
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team
• Attend site meetings and measure works on-site
• Assist in procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Learn and apply contract administration principles (e.g., JCT contracts)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
