Location: Lusail

Contract Duration: 3–6 months (extendable)

Working Hours: 10Hrs/ 6 Days

Monthly Compensation: 5,000 QAR

Job Description:
Support the commercial and surveying team. Ideal for candidates developing skills under a Senior QS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in measurement and take-off of quantities from drawings.
• Prepare/review subcontractor interim payment applications.
• Maintain site instructions, variation logs, and material delivery records.
• Support Senior QS in cost reporting and data entry.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years construction experience, preferably in building projects.
• Basic knowledge of measurement standards (CESMM, SMM).
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
