Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, or social media to introduce products and services.

2.Customer Interaction and Support:

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
  • Provide basic product information and handle general client inquiries.
  • Forward complex queries to the Sales Executive for resolution.

3.Sales Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in Excel.
  • Follow up on quotations and proposals sent to clients.
  • Monitor and update the lead pipeline and sales status in shared Excel sheets.

4.Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the company’s hardware offerings and pricing structures.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights with the Sales Executive.

5.Reporting:

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports of lead generation activities and progress using Excel.
  • Provide updates on client follow-ups and feedback to the Sales Executive.

6.Learning and Development:

  • Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Shadow the Sales Executive during client meetings and presentations to gain experience.

7. After-Sales Support:

  • Provide clients with training or instructions on hardware usage if required.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and technical support team to address customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes, including warranty claims.
  • Conduct follow-ups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for additional services or sales.

Qualification: Higher secondary and above
