Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, presentable, and eager to learn and grow within the sales field. This role requires a proactive individual who can travel for client meetings and effectively manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data mining and research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Handle client communications via phone calls, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Assist in the creation of proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating our value proposition.
- Attend meetings with clients, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the service sector or with real estate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in data mining and research techniques.
- Ability to travel for client meetings as required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
