We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new sales leads through chat-based sales campaigns on platforms like Twitch, Twitter, and Discord.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients via digital channels.
• Effectively present and promote our products/services to potential clients through online interactions.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Actively engage with audiences and prospects on platforms such as Twitch, Twitter, and Discord to foster sales conversations and generate leads.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (sales experience is preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
• Experience or willingness to engage with audiences on platforms like Twitch, Twitter, and Discord is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital sales environment

Working Hours :

• Monday to Saturday
• Timings : 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
