Junior Sales Executive – UK Digital Services (High Ticket Closers Only)

CODECRACKERS LIMITED is a UK-based digital solutions agency delivering Amazon management, web development, SEO, digital marketing, and branding services to UK clients.

We are not hiring order takers. We are hiring closers.

This role is for someone who knows how to sell services to UK clients, run their own pipeline, and close deals consistently using structured sales processes and CRM.

What You’ll Own

  • Full-cycle sales: prospecting → discovery → pitching → closing
  • Daily outbound (cold calls, LinkedIn, email outreach) targeting UK businesses
  • Managing and tracking pipeline inside HubSpot CRM
  • Running structured discovery calls and identifying real business pain
  • Pitching tailored service solutions (not generic packages)
  • Following up like a professional until deals are won or lost
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets, not just activity numbers

What You Must Already Be Good At

  • 1-2+ years selling digital services (agency, SaaS, or B2B services)
  • Proven track record of closing deals (not just setting meetings)
  • Strong, confident spoken English suited for UK clients
  • Solid cold calling experience with real numbers behind it
  • Ability to handle objections, price resistance, and indecisive prospects
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) to manage deals properly
  • Understanding of services like SEO, websites, paid ads, or eCommerce

If you’ve never closed deals yourself, this role is not for you.

What You Get

  • Base salary: Rs 40,000 – 45,000
  • Commission:Up to 12% per deal closed
  • Performance Bonus: Extra commission on hitting monthly targets
