Junior Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive who is passionate about content, trends, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who wants to learn, grow, and actively contribute to building brands through organic social media.

This is a 100% organic growth-focused role (no paid ads).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media content for brands and the agency
• Support in creating and managing content calendars
• Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Stay updated with trends and assist in timely execution
• Write engaging captions, basic hooks, and post descriptions
• Coordinate with designers to ensure content is aligned with requirements
• Maintain consistency in posting schedules and brand tone
• Ensure accuracy in captions, hashtags, formatting, and posting
• Monitor basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and report insights

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in social media management (internships included)
• Basic understanding of how social media platforms work
• Interest in content creation, trends, and digital marketing
• Good writing skills for captions and communication
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
• Familiarity with content creation tools or video editing (Reels/Shorts)
• Experience handling any brand, personal, or freelance social media pages
