Junior Specialist Procurement

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for executing procurement activities under supervision. Handles RFQs, supplier quotations, and PO processing, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepare and issue RFQs; evaluate supplier quotations.
  • Support negotiations by providing analysis and market data.
  • Process purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy of POs.
  • Track deliveries and escalate delays.
  • Maintain supplier and procurement documentation.
  • Assist in spend analysis and reporting.
  • Guide and support Executives in daily tasks.
  • Escalate risks/issues to Specialist or Senior Specialist.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, Telecommunications, Business administration, or equivalent from recognized University.

B. Minimum Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience ( preferably 2+ years of experience in the similar or equivalent role in B2B field).
