IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for SIM cards, scratch cards, and devices, ensuring timely sourcing, cost optimization, and effective vendor performance management. It coordinates closely with Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams to support operational efficiency and achieve organizational and commercial objectives.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Lead end-to-end procurement for SIMs, scratch cards, handsets, and telecom devices by managing RFQs, evaluations, technical coordination, and timely order fulfillment to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Build and manage strong vendor and OEM relationships, overseeing performance, quality, pricing negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost-efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with commercial and logistics teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory, resolve warehousing issues, and ensure optimal stock availability across regions.
• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements while preparing evaluations, approval documents, and maintaining complete records in SAP and Ariba.
• Work closely with Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, and regional teams to align budgets, validate technical requirements, and enable timely product rollouts.
• Produce management reports and trackers on procurement status, supplier performance, and budgets, while identifying cost-saving, risk mitigation, and process improvement opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

MBA with an IT background (BS IT, MS IT, or BSIT or MS IT or Telecom Engineering)

Strategic Sourcing Category, Risk management, Time management

Stakeholder`s management Project management Negotiations.
